These Child Safety Standards apply to the mobile application “People Search & People Finder” (also referred to as PeopleFinder), Google Play application ID com.peoplefinder.app, published on Google Play by Fablewood Studio. Fablewood Studio is the trading name of Ilya Yurievich Zhiganov, sole proprietor registered in Russia (INN 165610746544, OGRNIP 321169000050893, Kazan). Contact address: quicklysearch.bot@gmail.com.

Настоящие Стандарты распространяются на мобильное приложение «People Search & People Finder» (внутреннее название – PeopleFinder), идентификатор в Google Play com.peoplefinder.app, публикуемое в магазине Google Play разработчиком Fablewood Studio. От имени Fablewood Studio выступает Индивидуальный предприниматель Жиганов Илья Юрьевич (ИНН 165610746544, ОГРНИП 321169000050893, г. Казань). Контактный адрес: quicklysearch.bot@gmail.com.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

People Search & People Finder (developer: Fablewood Studio) strictly and explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, without limitation:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualised depiction of a minor;
• using the application to search for, locate, identify, contact, groom, solicit, sextort or otherwise exploit a minor;
• uploading a photograph of a minor for the purpose of identifying or tracking that minor;
• trafficking, sexualisation or any other endangerment of minors.

Any such use is a direct violation of these standards and of our Public Offer (terms of service). Access of users found engaging in it is terminated permanently and without notice.

2. Age requirement

The application is intended solely for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). The application is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

3. Permitted use of the search function

The application performs searches of publicly available information by name or by photograph. It must only be used to search for information about yourself, or about an adult with a lawful basis for doing so. Using the application to profile, locate or monitor a minor is prohibited.

4. Reporting mechanism (in-app and by email)

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any other abuse through either channel:

• In-app: Menu → «Обратная связь» (Feedback). Reports are delivered directly to our support team.
• Email – Child Safety point of contact: quicklysearch.bot@gmail.com

Reports concerning child safety are treated as the highest priority and are reviewed as soon as we become aware of them.

5. How we handle CSAM and CSAE reports

• Content identified as CSAM is removed immediately and preserved only to the extent required by applicable law for reporting purposes.
• The offending user's access to the application is terminated.
• Confirmed cases are reported to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and to the law-enforcement authorities of the relevant jurisdiction.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement bodies investigating child endangerment.

Uploaded photographs are used solely to perform the requested reverse-image search and are not used to build any profile of an identified person.

6. Compliance with law

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which the application is distributed, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Нулевая терпимость к сексуальному насилию и эксплуатации детей (CSAE)

Приложение People Search & People Finder прямо и безусловно запрещает сексуальное насилие и эксплуатацию детей (CSAE) в любой форме, включая:

• материалы с сексуальным насилием над детьми (CSAM) и любое сексуализированное изображение несовершеннолетнего;
• использование приложения для поиска, установления личности, определения местонахождения, контакта, груминга, вымогательства или иной эксплуатации несовершеннолетнего;
• загрузку фотографии несовершеннолетнего с целью его идентификации или отслеживания;
• торговлю людьми, сексуализацию несовершеннолетних и любые действия, ставящие их под угрозу.

Подобное использование является прямым нарушением настоящих Стандартов и Публичной оферты. Доступ таких пользователей прекращается безвозвратно и без предупреждения.

2. Возрастное ограничение

Приложение предназначено исключительно для совершеннолетних. Пользователю должно быть не менее 18 лет (или возраста совершеннолетия в его юрисдикции). Приложение не адресовано детям, и мы сознательно не собираем персональные данные детей.

3. Допустимое использование поиска

Приложение выполняет поиск общедоступной информации по имени или фотографии. Его допустимо использовать только для поиска информации о себе либо о совершеннолетнем лице при наличии законного основания. Использование приложения для профилирования, розыска или слежения за несовершеннолетним запрещено.

4. Механизм сообщений о нарушениях

• В приложении: Меню → «Обратная связь». Сообщение поступает напрямую в службу поддержки.

5. Порядок реагирования

• Материалы, признанные CSAM, немедленно удаляются; сохранение возможно только в объёме, требуемом законом для целей передачи компетентным органам.
• Доступ нарушителя к приложению прекращается.
• Подтверждённые случаи передаются в компетентные органы, включая NCMEC (где применимо) и правоохранительные органы соответствующей юрисдикции.
• Мы содействуем законным запросам правоохранительных органов по делам о посягательствах на детей.

Загруженные фотографии используются исключительно для выполнения запрошенного поиска по изображению и не применяются для построения профиля установленного лица.

6. Соблюдение законодательства

Мы соблюдаем применимое законодательство о защите детей в юрисдикциях распространения приложения, а также политику Google Play Child Safety Standards.
