1. What this page is
These terms describe what you get when you subscribe to Motivation Quotes, how the subscription is charged and renewed, and how to stop it. By subscribing you agree to them.
Buying a subscription also means accepting Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app itself.

2. What you get
Motivation Quotes is an app with quotes from well-known people, films and books. Part of it is free, the rest opens with a subscription.
Free, no subscription: the "Editor's picks" collection – 300 quotes in English, 270 in Russian – plus notifications and favorites built from those quotes.
With a subscription: the whole library – all topics and authors, also in the filters – and any quote in your favorites and notifications. Today that is nearly 3,000 quotes in English and more than 9,000 in Russian. The library grows over time, and everything in it is included.
All quotes ship inside the app. There is no account and nothing to log into: the subscription is tied to the Apple Account that bought it.
3. The subscription
There is one subscription: one year of access, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers who are eligible for it. The app shows whether a trial applies to you before you confirm the purchase.
- The trial starts when you confirm the purchase. Nothing is charged during it.
- Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid year and the payment is taken then.
- After that the subscription renews automatically every year, and Apple charges the payment method on your Apple Account within 24 hours before each renewal.
- The price may change over time. Apple asks for your consent before charging a higher price, and you can cancel instead.
4. The price
The price depends on your App Store country and is shown in your own currency on the subscription screen inside the app, before you confirm anything, together with the trial length. The same price is shown by Apple in the confirmation dialog.
As of September 25, 2026 the yearly price is $25.49 in the United States and 705 ₽ in Russia; other countries have their own price set by the same App Store price tier.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Motivation Quotes → Cancel Subscription.
The cancellation stops the next renewal. Access stays until the end of the period you already paid for. The app confirms the subscription when it is online: without an internet connection access holds for 7 days after the last check, then subscription quotes stay locked until the app can check again.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Settings.
6. Payment and refunds
Apple takes the payment, not us. The app has no payment system of its own: purchases go through the App Store, and we never see your card or your billing details.
Because of that, refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules, on reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no way to issue a refund ourselves. If something in the app went wrong, write to us – we will help with the app, and, where it makes sense, support your request to Apple.
If you already have an active subscription on another device or after reinstalling, open Menu → Restore purchases. The subscription screen also has a Restore button.
7. Our responsibility
The app is provided as it is: we do not promise it will run without interruption or errors, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
8. Changes
These terms may change when the app changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version.
