The service
Fablewood Studio provides AI Ethnicity: Face Scanner. Contact: quicklysearch.bot@gmail.com. These terms govern the App together with the applicable Google Play terms and mandatory consumer rights.
The App offers fictional heritage reports, artistic portraits, name-origin stories and fictional partner profiles. It is entertainment. It does not perform DNA testing, identify biological ancestry, verify identity or provide medical advice. Ethnicity percentages and appearance descriptions are generated fiction, not reliable facts about you. Do not use them for personal, medical, legal or other consequential decisions. Generated portraits are not photographs of real ancestors or proof of a relationship.
Your content and use
Only submit images and information you have the right to use, with the necessary permission from anyone depicted. You allow processing of that content to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for lawful use of your inputs and outputs.
Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive content, exploitation of children, hateful or harmful targeting, impersonation, deception or violation of another person's privacy or rights. Do not bypass access controls, service limits or security protections.
AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate or similar to output provided to other users. It may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Saving or sharing an output does not remove the rights of third parties. We may limit requests or access for abuse prevention and service safety, subject to applicable law.
Premium access, trial and Google Play billing
Certain features require a subscription. The App offers weekly and three-month subscription options. A three-day introductory trial may be available for the three-month plan to eligible users. Eligibility, local price, taxes, billing period, renewal and trial terms are those shown in the App and Google Play purchase confirmation. The purchase confirmation governs the transaction; a trial is not guaranteed for every account or country.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. An eligible trial converts to paid access under the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled in time. Cancelling generally stops future renewals; it does not itself erase data or necessarily end access immediately. Refund eligibility and processing follow Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. Deleting the App or resetting its data does not cancel a subscription. You can use Restore Purchases with the relevant Google Play account when supported by the store.
Usage limits apply, including limits on AI requests and trial benefits. They may remain associated with an installation after a local reset to prevent repeated trial or quota abuse. A subscription does not promise unlimited generations or uninterrupted availability.
Availability and saved content
AI services, network access, store payments and features can be unavailable or restricted in some regions. Requests can fail or be limited for technical, safety or capacity reasons. We do not guarantee a particular generated result or permanent availability of every feature.
History is stored locally and normally keeps up to 20 reports. Save or export anything you wish to keep. Reset All Data removes the local content described in the Privacy Policy. It does not recall exported copies or cancel billing. The App is not a backup service.
Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains photos, prompts, providers, analytics, security identifiers, retention and deletion requests. The AI-photo consent is separate from the terms of store billing and from SDK analytics/diagnostics. To report a problem or request help, contact the email above. The current version does not include an in-app AI-content reporting form.
Age, changes and legal rights
The App is not intended for children under 13. A person who cannot enter these terms under applicable law must have the required permission of a parent or guardian.
We may update the App or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate App, store or policy channel. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not promise a waiver of your mandatory consumer rights or override Google Play's purchase rules.
